To start, I am no religious scholar, but I will do my best to decipher what I read. To me it seem that the first story tells of Allah's greatness. The story show it by telling of how he granted two women who were way past their child Bering age and allowed them to have kids. Saying that even if we do not believe Allah will watch over us. As for those that do not believe can be shown proof to make the unbelievers believers.
the second story or book tells of how great he is yet again and tells of what will wait for them in heaven. Reminding those, the Pharaohs, of the great tragedy that happened to them. Accept and ask to be forgiven for all your sins.
